Read our information so that we can have an excellent time together.

RESERVATION RULES AND ACCOMMODATION POLICY:

RESERVATIONS WILL ONLY BE CONFIRMED AFTER THE DEPOSIT IS EFFECTED OR BANK TRANSFER OR PAYMENT TO THE CREDIT CARD.
BEING A DEPOSIT OR BANK TRANSFER, THE PROOF RECEIPT MUST BE SENT. THE COMBINED TERM IS EXHAUSTED, THE RESERVATION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELED. We do not accept booking for deposit.
THE PAYMENT OF THE REMAINING RESERVE WILL BE DURING THE CHECK-IN.
If you choose to pay by BANK DEPOSIT:
We grant a discount for full advance deposit for all packages with 3 or more nights.
You can also earn a discount on consultation, but the amount is not automatically subtracted, you must call (31) 37187296 or send WhatsApp to (31) 999817296.
Payments treated "in cash" must be paid in cash via bank deposit or bank transfer.

PAYMENTS ON THE CARD A 10% RATE WILL BE CHARGED.

DUE TO COVID 19:

- FOR SUITES WITH HYDROMASSAGE: WE ARE WORKING WITH A MINIMUM OF 2 DAYS;

- USE OF THE MASK WHEN PRESENTING IN THE POUSADA AND COMMON AREAS, IS MANDATORY (FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION WITHOUT RIGHT TO RETURN MONEY);

- The use of the sauna will NOT be allowed, protection measures due to Covid;

- The use of the pool will be allowed, as long as the recommendations of non-agglomeration are followed;

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICIES:

- CHECK-IN: starts at 16: 00h until 22: 00h, set the arrival time at the Pousada- avoid crowding;
- CHECK-OUT: occurs until 14: 00h (Punctually! The stay of the guest in the accommodation after the expiration of the check-out time will incur the charge for excess hours);

CANCELLATION POLICY

1 - Tariff

  • Prices posted on the internet, brochures or any other advertising are valid only for the dates specified and may vary without notice;
  • Rates include accommodation with breakfast.

2 - Payment method

  • The minimum payment stipulated by the inn (ranging from 50 to 100% of the total stay to be made within 48 hours after your request) of the daily rates reserved as a guarantee will be required, in the form of deposit in account or pre-authorization of credit card credit;
  • The rest must be paid at check in (we do not accept payments by check);
  • The reservation will only be confirmed after receipt of proof of deposit (via whatsApp or email) and confirmation of the same made by the financial sector of the Pousada.

3 - Returns and cancellations

  • Cancellation requests must be sent to the reservations department via email or WhatsApp;
  • Cancellations or postponements made more than 14 days before the check-in date will have a full refund or letter of credit valid for 3 months (discounted bank or administrative expenses if any);
  • Cancellations or postponements made between 14 and 07 days of the check-in date will have a 50% refund or letter of credit valid for 3 months;
  • Cancellations or postponements made less than 07 days and at the show, there will be no refund of the amount paid;
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the reservation made will be fully refunded;
  • Withdrawal at check-in and advance check-out, there will be no discount on the amount of the stay;
  • NO SHOW the apartment will be available for rental 24 hours after the check-in start time.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

- The use of the minibar is permitted for drinks not purchased at the Pousada WITHOUT additional cost;
- Animals are not allowed;
- The guest is responsible for any and all damages that may cause the Pousada and will be obliged to repair;
- Children 0-2 years old are free of charge (check availability);
- We accept all cards - 10% fee charge;
- The inn can store lost or forgotten objects in the suites for up to 60 days after the date of lodging;

- NO SMOKING IN THE POUSADA under penalty of cancellation of reservation WITHOUT refund of values, under penalty of payment of fee.
