RESERVATION RULES AND ACCOMMODATION POLICY
RESERVATIONS WILL ONLY BE CONFIRMED AFTER THE DEPOSIT IS PERFORMED OR BANK TRANSFER OR PAYMENT TO THE CREDIT CARD.
BEING A BANK DEPOSIT OR TRANSFER, PROOF RECEIPT MUST BE SENT. EXHAUSTED THE COMBINED TERM, THE RESERVATION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELED. We do not accept booking for deposit.
THE PAYMENT OF THE REMAINING RESERVE WILL BE DURING THE CHECK-IN.
If you choose to pay by BANK DEPOSIT:
We grant 10% discount for full deposit in advance for all packages with 2 or more nights.
You can also earn a discount on consultation, but the value is not automatically subtracted, you must call 31 37187296.
Payments treated "in cash" must be paid in cash via bank deposit or bank transfer.
- Check-in starts at 16: 00h until 22: 00h;
- Check-out takes place until 14:00.
The stay of the guest in the accommodation after the expiration of the check-out time will incur a charge for excess hours;
RESERVATION AND NO SHOW CANCELLATIONS:
- Failure of the guest to come to the Pousada at the agreed time and in the absence of any prior communication (NO SHOW), will result in the cancellation of the reservation after 12 hours after the agreed time, losing the deposited amounts to the contractor;
- In case of partial withdrawal of the total number of days contracted, WHY FOR WHY, if the guest is inside the Pousada, there will be no refund of any difference in the amount paid;
- Cancellation up to 7 days in advance of check-in, the advance payment is fully converted into accommodation credit, to be used within 60 days, except holidays.
- Cancellation less than 7 days from check-in, 100% of the advance payment is retained as a cancellation penalty;
- Pousada Adega Cipó does not make daily bookings due to climate change or closing of attractions or the National Park;
- After this period, the contractor LOSES THE AMOUNT DEPOSITED.
- The use of the minibar is permitted for drinks not purchased at the Pousada WITHOUT additional cost;
- Animals are not allowed;
- The guest is responsible for any and all damages that may cause the Pousada and will be obliged to repair;
- Children 0-2 years old are free of charge (check availability);
- We accept all cards;
- The inn can store lost or forgotten objects in the suites for up to 60 days after the date of lodging.
